Three elite athletes from GLIFY have organized a fitness club for youth this summer. About a dozen high school and middle school students in the area meet every Thursday and Sunday evening for a one-hour session to stay fit and healthy during quarantine.

Coach Ethan Wang, Florence Lin, and Joey Huang design each workout around a certain major muscle group and thoughtfully build the exercises to suit varying skills. They demonstrate the proper technique of each movement, while offering tips to stay fit.

Fun games such as relays and partner competitions are incorporated into each session. Members are engaged and, more importantly, are able to learn the importance of responsibility, cooperation, and sacrifice.
