Three elite athletes from GLIFY coach a fitness club for youth twice a week during summer and winter. Coaches Ethan Wang, Florence Lin, and Joey Huang design each hour-long workout to focus on a certain major muscle group and thoughtfully build the exercises to suit varying skills. They demonstrate the proper technique of each movement, while offering participants tips to stay fit. Fitness Club members also have fun games such as relays and partner competitions during each session. Members are engaged, and more importantly, are able to learn the importance of responsibility, cooperation, and sacrifice.
