MedShare

GLIFY members volunteers for MedShare, an organization that sources and delivers surplus medical supplies and equipment to communities in need around the world. Our volunteers go to MedShare’s San Leandro facility to package medical supplies which are then distributed to areas such as Venezuela where they have little to no medical supplies. In February 2020, we organized an online fundraiser for MedShare to support its effort to fight the coronavirus outbreak in China. Our fundraising efforts resulted in a total of more than $6000 to benefit this cause.
